The rules of engagement for using DNAI's platform.
Last updated: December 2025
DNAI is for research use only. It is NOT approved by the FDA or any regulatory body as a medical device or clinical decision support system. Do not use DNAI outputs as the sole basis for clinical treatment decisions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded to DNAI complies with applicable laws (HIPAA, GDPR), institutional policies, and ethics requirements. Obtain proper consent and IRB approval as required.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Enable multi-factor authentication. Report any unauthorized access immediately to security@dnai.bio.
Provide accurate organizational and contact information. Keep your account details up to date.
DNAI outputs are probabilistic predictions, not diagnoses. You are responsible for appropriate interpretation and validation of results before acting on them.
The DNAI platform, including its algorithms (H-BDVAE, Neural ODE, Hypernetwork), user interface, and documentation, is owned by DNAI and protected by copyright, patent, and trade secret laws.
You retain all rights to the data you upload. DNAI claims no ownership over your patient data, omics data, or research results.
Predictions, simulations, and analyses generated by DNAI from your data may be used for your permitted research purposes. Publication and commercialization rights are governed by your subscription agreement.
DNAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI models have inherent limitations. Predictions are probabilistic and based on patterns in training data. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, reliable, complete, or error-free. All outputs should be validated independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
